Items may be exchanged or a credit note given within 14 days of purchase provided the goods are accompanied by a valid receipt. Items purchased as "sold as seen" or any flower arrangement prepared in the shop may not be returned. In the interests of health and hygiene, this also applies to earrings purchased from the shop. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
