Returning goods.

Everything you buy from us is covered by our "No Quibble Guarantee." This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, you can return it to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the order value. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.

Don’t forget to include your invoice so we know who the parcel is from.

Please allow up to 7 days from the day that you return your package for us to process your exchange or refund. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.
